Processing time varies depending on the type of orders. In-stock orders will typically be shipped within 2-3 weeks, whereas fulfillment orders will have a longer processing time.

Within Australia: 5-7 business days 

International - Please refer to your local postal services for more details! 

• US, Canada, Asia etc: 2-3 weeks 

• EU, UK etc: 3-5 weeks​​

Refund policy - lost, damaged or delayed 

All keycaps are handmade and may contain small cosmetic discrepancies. Avocaps is unable to provide any refunds for such discrepancies! 

If your keycap arrives broken, please email us and contact your local postal services regarding refund options! 

If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to us with your tracking number and we will try our best to locate your parcel!
